Every keep-or-go call is yours. I don't throw anything out without a yes, and I don't talk anyone into minimalism they didn't ask for.

You get labels, a photo map of where things live, and a one-page written system. A pretty room that falls apart in a month isn't the job.

Flat, written up front, no hourly surprises. Everything includes the sort, the system, the labeling and the handoff.

The fit call
Twenty minutes, free, phone or video. You show me the space, I tell you what I'd do and which rate it is. If I'm not the right call, I'll say so.

Walkthrough
I measure, photograph, and send you a written plan with the product list and the total before a single thing moves.

Session day
Sort, decide, system. You make every keep-or-go call. I keep it moving so the deciding stays fast.

The handoff
Labeled, photographed, and written down: a one-page guide to how your space works now, so it holds up after I'm gone. And a song for the room, because I can't help myself.

Built for houses out here
Seattle homes have their own problems. Small old houses with no closets, damp basements, nine months of wet gear. Generic organizing advice doesn't account for any of it.
Gear closets
Rain shells, packs, ski and camp gear, and the six jackets you actually need out here. Seasonal rotation that doesn't require a whole Saturday.
Damp basements and garages
What can survive down there and what absolutely can't, and the right containers for a space that gets condensation every winter.
Small older homes
The older South End housing stock, where closets are an afterthought. Vertical storage and furniture that earns its footprint.

I come over to Bainbridge in blocks and stay a few nights, so island jobs get booked back to back instead of one ferry at a time. Book any service on an island date and there's no travel charge. Tell me you're over there and I'll send you the next dates I'm coming.
